Insurance
Dental insurances are intended to cover some, not all
of the
costs of your dental care. Most plans include
deductibles and co-pays that are due at the time of
service. Please contact
us with your insurance
information so that we may verify your coverage and
let you know the possible expense in advance
so we are
able to help you get the most out of your insurance.
Because policies vary, we can only estimate your
coverage
in good faith but can not guarantee coverage
due to the complexity of insurance contracts. As a
service to our patients,
we will bill your insurance
companies and allow them 45 days to pay. After that,
the balance would become your responsibility.
Please
know that insurance companies can and do elect to
cover certain services and some are limited by time
constraints.

personal for details on your coverage.

Billing
We make every effort to
provide you with affordabledental care. We do ask that you pay for services atthe time of your visit. In appreciation
of your
payment at the time of your service, we will gladly give you a 5% discount. For seniors (age 62 and over), we offer
a 10% discount when payment is made at the time of service. For those without dental insurance we offer cash discounts. Discounts
are also given if services are paid for in advance. Please contact our office with any questions that you may have. Methods
of payment include: All major credit cards, cash, check and Care Credit.
